Overview

A deviated septum is a displacement of the wall between a patient's nostrils, leading to difficulty breathing, congestion, nosebleeds and snoring.

Treatment options

Treatments include decongestants, antihistamines, nasal steroids, use of an adhesive strip to open nasal passages, and surgery.
