Trial Objective: To identify the best way to treat pulmonary embolism – with blood thinners alone or blood thinners plus catheter directed therapy. 

You may be eligible to participate if you:

• Have been diagnosed with pulmonary embolism
• Have enlargement of your right ventricle (a chamber of the heart)
