    About me

    I am originally from Bourbonnais, IL. I was inspired to pursue a career in medicine by medical mission trips with my Dad (an ophthalmologist). These trips sparked my passion for serving under-served populations. While I was in medical school and residency I spent quite a bit of time going to different high schools and junior high schools and educating students about sexual health as part of their health classes. This in turn sparked a passion for educating women of all ages about all aspects of their health. I currently live in New Berlin, IL with my husband Eric and our two dogs, Angel and Pappy. In my spare time, I love to run.
