SIU Medicine is home to more than 300 qualified and compassionate health care providers, and insurance coverage varies by provider and each location where they see patients. Call us to ensure your insurance is in-network or the provider accepts your insurance, or reach out to your plan provider.

Each insurance company chooses which providers they allow into each individual plan, and that can vary between SIU Medicine or SIU Center for Family Medicine locations. This list includes plans that each respective SIU entity is currently participating in.
SIU Medicine strongly encourages all patients to verify coverage, benefits and which SIU Medicine providers are considered in-network with their individual health plan.
