About me
Jennifer Davis, RDN, is a registered dietitian/nutritionist in the Division of Pediatric Endocrinology at SIU Medicine. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Urbana, IL, and her master’s degree in Dietetics from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. Davis provides support to patients in pediatric nutrition and diabetes education and management.
