Bethany Nestler, MD

Dr. Bethany Nestler is an assistant professor of clinical obstetrics and gynecology. She earned her medical degree and completed her obstetrics and gynecology training at SIU School of Medicine. She is committed to providing excellent, compassionate and personalized care to women throughout all stages of life. As a proud Central Illinois native, Dr. Nestler is honored to care for the women and families in the community she calls home.

Her clinical interests include pregnancy and post-partum care, abnormal periods, contraception, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, gynecologic surgery, preventative care and more. In addition to clinical practice, she is passionate about teaching medical students and residents. Dr. Nestler lives in Springfield with her med-school sweetheart, Dr. Anthony Nestler, an orthopedic surgeon.
