    About me

    Dr. Avani Ganta evaluates and treats a wide variety of endocrine and diabetes conditions, including concerns about bone health, thyroid disease, growth, and reproductive health. 

    Her research interests are in pediatric diabetes, studying the body mass index (BMI) trajectories in youth with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes. Dr. Ganta has a special interest in Insulin Resistance and in the prevention of childhood obesity.
