    Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness techniques, Amanda utilizes evidence-based approaches to address symptoms of anxiety and depression. Her therapeutic style is relaxed, and she believes in each person's capacity for growth and self-actualization. She strives to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves.

    With over 20 years of experience in the social work profession, Amanda has worked in a variety of settings, including healthcare, hospice, and foster care.
