Sinus Problems

    Overview

Sinus problems, mainly typified by congestion and/or swelling, may be the result of infection, allergies, or less frequently, a deviated septum. Typical treatment includes nasal spray, humidifiers, a neti pot and inhaling steam to open passages and relieve congestion. In some severe cases, surgery may be recommended to clear and widen passageways that prevent adequate drainage.
