Stomach cancer may initially present with no symptoms of stomach cancer. As the disease progresses, symptoms include feeling bloated after eating, feeling full after eating small amounts of food, nausea, heartburn, or indigestion. Treatment options include surgery, medications, radiation, and chemotherapy.
