    Mark Johnson, MD, is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at SIU School of Medicine, specializing in pediatric pulmonology. He earned a medical degree from St. Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO and completed a fellowship in pediatric pulmonology in the Division of Allergy and Pulmonary Medicine, St. Louis Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Before joining SIU, Johnson practiced at Barnes-Jewish, Saint Peter’s Hospital in Saint Peter’s, MO, in private practice in Highland, IL, and at SSM Glennon Care Pediatrics in Belleville, IL. He is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric pulmonology, and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Sports Medicine, and North American Society of Pediatric Exercise Medicine.
