About me
Jamie Purdy, Au.D. completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders at Northern Illinois University in 2005. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Illinois in 2009. Dr. Purdy was a clinical audiologist at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield for eight years before joining the SIU Audiology team in November 2017. She is also a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and Illinois Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Purdy specializes in diagnostic testing and hearing aid fitting for children and adults as well as providing educational audiology services for Springfield Public School District.
